These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms", "the Terms" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and ji999 (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the ji999 website, mobile interface and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

ji999 operates as an online casino and sports betting information platform. All services provided by ji999 are subject to these Terms in full. By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or placing a bet on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Your use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

These Terms apply to all Users of the Platform regardless of how they access the Platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, application or any other means. By clicking "I Agree", "Register", "Sign In" or any similar acceptance mechanism on the Platform, you are confirming your acceptance of these Terms.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on ji999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction applicable to your location. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process.
• You must be using the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify this prior to registration.
• You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion on ji999 or any associated platform or scheme.
• You must not be a person who has previously had an Account closed by ji999 for breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual. Corporate, business or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director or agent of ji999, nor a close family member of any such person, where such participation could create a conflict of interest.

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts (whether under the same or different personal details) constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must:

• Use a strong and unique password for your Account.
• Not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify ji999 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

ji999 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

ji999 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for purposes of identity confirmation, age verification, fraud prevention and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. KYC verification may be required at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other time determined by ji999 at its sole discretion.

For Pakistani users, KYC documentation may include but is not limited to:

• A valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or current passport (both sides where applicable).
• Proof of residential address where required (utility bill, bank statement or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months).
• A selfie or liveness check holding your identity document, as directed through the secure verification portal.
• Confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (for example, a transaction reference from a JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer).

ji999 reserves the right to suspend account functionality, withhold withdrawals or close an Account pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account closure with applicable funds returned to the verified source.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. By depositing, you confirm that the funds are legitimately owned by you and are not proceeds of any criminal activity.

The availability of specific deposit methods, including familiar Pakistani payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, or bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, is subject to the current operator configuration and the policies of each individual payment provider. The mention of these payment names on this Platform is for general reference only and does not constitute a confirmed list of available deposit methods, nor does it imply endorsement or partnership with any named payment provider.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. Current limits are published in the Account deposit section.
• ji999 does not charge deposit fees on behalf of the Platform; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independently.
• Deposits are typically credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Exchange rate conversion (where applicable) will be handled according to the operator's published rates at the time of transaction.
• ji999 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made in error or in breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account or instrument held in the same name as the registered ji999 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The withdrawal method available to each User will typically correspond to the method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits and operator policy.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the successful completion of KYC verification (Section 6) and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals processed before KYC completion may be placed on hold pending document review.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Account withdrawal section and may vary by payment method.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Standard processing times are published on the Platform and may be affected by banking or payment provider procedures beyond ji999's control.
• ji999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests of significant value or that exhibit unusual patterns, in compliance with AML obligations.
• Where a User has received bonus funds, only real-money balances that meet the applicable withdrawal conditions may be withdrawn.

Bonuses and promotional offers available on ji999 are subject to individual promotional terms which are published at the time each offer is presented. These individual promotional terms form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional term and these general Terms, the specific promotional term shall prevail for that promotion.

General provisions applicable to all bonuses offered on ji999 include:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived funds become available for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games and qualifying bet criteria are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account balance.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games, live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all. Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• One Bonus per Promotion: Each promotion is available to each eligible User once, unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using multiple accounts or identities is bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Maximum Bet Rule: When a bonus is active, a maximum bet restriction typically applies. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• ji999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Users with active wagering progress on an affected promotion will be notified of any material changes.

All betting and gaming activity on ji999 is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product type (sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, etc.). Product-specific rules are published within each game or betting interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before participation.

General principles applicable to all betting and gaming activity include:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed by the Platform. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after confirmation, except where an in-play cash-out option is explicitly made available.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection or any system malfunction that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, ji999 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stakes to the relevant Account balances.
• ji999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or stakes that were offered or accepted in error.
• For sports betting markets: in the event of match cancellation, postponement beyond the stated settlement cut-off, or other irregular circumstances, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules published on the Platform.
• Maximum win limits may apply per game, per bet or per day. These limits are published in the relevant product terms and may be updated from time to time.
• All RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed on the Platform are theoretical averages over millions of rounds and do not guarantee outcomes for individual sessions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ji999 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds pending investigation, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, creating accounts under a false name, impersonating another person or misrepresenting any material fact in connection with your Account.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or for any transaction designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer formats.
• Bonus Abuse: Deliberately exploiting bonus offers through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, use of low-risk hedging strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or any other method designed to extract bonus value in a manner contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or perform any activity on the Platform.
• Hacking or Interference: Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to Platform systems, data or other users' accounts, or to interfere with Platform functionality.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematic exploitation of pricing errors, live odds discrepancies or promotional offers in a pattern that is commercially unsustainable for the operator.

ji999 is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Users manage their gambling activity. These tools are available in the Account settings and through the support team.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Deposit limits can be reduced with immediate effect. Increasing a deposit limit will require a cooling-off period as specified in the platform settings.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum net loss thresholds for a defined period, after which wagering is restricted until the limit period resets or the limit is amended in accordance with cooling-off rules.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set time-based session restrictions and opt in to receive reality-check notifications during play.
• Time-Out: A voluntary short-term break from wagering (24 hours, 7 days or 30 days) activatable through Account settings or support.
• Self-Exclusion: Longer-term self-exclusion options are available for Users who require an extended break. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended for wagering. Requests for self-exclusion are processed by the support team.

Gambling should be treated as entertainment. ji999 does not accept wagers from minors. Adults 18+ only, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction. All content on the ji999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of ji999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works of any Platform content without express written permission from ji999.
• Use the ji999 brand name, logo or trademarks in any manner that could imply association, endorsement or sponsorship without authorization.
• Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the Platform for commercial purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ji999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ji999 makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the fitness of any product for a particular purpose. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

ji999 is not responsible for losses arising from internet outages, device failures, third-party payment provider delays or any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ji999. The responsibility for verifying the legality of gambling in your jurisdiction rests solely with you; ji999 accepts no liability arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

ji999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute by a User.
• Regulatory, licensing or compliance requirements.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ji999 support. Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable outstanding wagers and bonus funds that have not met withdrawal conditions will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Sections 11 (Prohibited Activities), 13 (Intellectual Property) and 14 (Limitation of Liability) of these Terms shall survive termination of your Account and shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ji999 is licensed and/or incorporated. The applicable governing jurisdiction is determined by the operator's current licensing arrangement and is published in the operator's official platform terms.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact ji999 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. ji999 operates a formal complaints procedure, details of which are available through the Help Centre.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration or the dispute resolution body specified in the operator's licensing conditions. Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

ji999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ji999 will provide reasonable advance notice through an in-platform notification, email communication to registered Users, or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting support.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document as "Last Updated". We recommend that Users review these Terms periodically, particularly before engaging in any significant wagering activity.
